Spring Lamb

Available from Spring to early Summer, our tender new season spring lamb comes from local farms. Spring Lamb is born in the winter, milk fed and less than 6 months old.

There's a wide choice of cuts of meat, and all sorts of ways to prepare a really tasty lamb dish.

For example:

  • Roasted leg or shank
  • Grilled chops and cutlets
  • Braised or stewed lamb shank

For something a bit different, why not try our kofta lamb meat balls, inspired by the classic Greek recipe?

And for your barbecue, try our lamb burgers, a tasty change from beef.
